Please wear a mask when entering the office
We ask that only the patient being treated enter the office for appointments, however one parent/guardian is permitted during consultations or to accompany young children
Please use hand sanitizer upon arrival and departure
You will be asked several screening questions
Please reschedule your appointment if you have had a positive COVID test in the last 10 days, or have had direct contact with someone who tests positive in the last 5 days, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
Physical distancing should be maintained where possible
Our waiting room has been minimized temporarily
Aerosol-generating type procedures will be avoided when possible, but will be performed in a closed room when they are necessary
Rooms may need extra time to be disinfected between patients
You will notice air filtration systems throughout the office
